3 Years After He Was Given N10M And Signed By Wizkid, Where Is Young Ahmed Now?

Just when others were busy preparing for Christmas celebration in 2017, this young, talented rapper was looking for a platform to showcase his God-given talent. It was on Sunday night, the 24th day of December, 2017 and this young dude attended Wizkid's show at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos.

While Nigerians were busy preparing for Christmas, this young boy was eagerly looking for a change of level and fortune happened to fall on him few days to the end of 2017.

Wizkid had spotted Ahmed from Ijebu-Ode in the crowd and on the show he brought him up to rap. In case you don't know, young Ahmed is a free-style rapper that raps in Yoruba.

When he came out to perform, he was cheered by Wizkid fans and his performance seem to have stolen the day as his freestyle prowess impressed Wizkid and his fans.

That same Sunday night after his performance, Wizkid signed Ahmed to his record label, Starboy Entertainment and gave him Ten Million Naira (#10,000,000) and that was how he became millionaire six days to the end of 2017.

In the same show, Wizkid told Nigerians to watch out for the young lad in 2018.

The excited young lad finished 2017 in a grand style, he had all the reason to be grateful to God for 2017 as he didn't only received #10,000,000, he also got signed into his record label.

Young Ahmed was seen weeks after celebrating with his family for his milestone achievement.

It is almost three years now and we haven't heard much from Ahmed. Over two years after Young Ahmed was signed into Starboy Entertainment, he has not released any song, neither does he have any promotional materials under Starboy.

For some of Wizkid's signee, we see them sometimes with him but for Ahmed, he is hardly seen with Wizkid or any of his gang and Wizkid himself has remained silent on the whereabout of Ahmed or plans for the young rapper.

The last time we heard his name was when Wiz kid tweeted in 2018, saying that Ahmed is in school.

We have seen some talented kids who display their talents and still attend school. For instance, Emmanuella of Mark Angel is a comedienne and she still goes to school.
