For the fact that Ozone ships are delaying to sail, there's a possibility that it will in due time because the two players knows their game well. After the Sunday Eviction show, when the Housemates retired back to their room, the Head of House and his Deputy ( Ozo and Nengi)  were seen discussing about this week Head of House competition. Knowing the House rule that Ozo the present Head of House will not be competing for that post again this week, Nengi who doubles as his Deputy and Girlfriend ask him who she will choose as Deputy if she were to win the game. The game is getting tougher and things are getting tighter. The show started off with 20 housemates and now, only 11 of them are left in the big brother's house. This season, there is more to the head of house and deputy's titles than being the ruler in the house and enjoying the head of house luxury lounge and bedroom. The two titles also come with immunity for the lucky housemates from possible eviction. Ozo has won two times while some housemates have never come close to it. However, the rule of the game is that an incumbent head of house won't be allowed to participate in the next game, which means Ozo is automatically up for eviction this week. The Governor of Migori Governor Okoth Obado found himself in the wrong side of the law again after he was named in a multi million scandal.  Okoth who is currently facing a murder charge in the killing of Sharon Otieno together with his children who will be charged with Sh73.4 million graft case.
