10 Years After The Death Of President Umar Yar'adua, See How His Grave Look Like

The most loved president in Nigeria, a true hero to the Nigeria citizen.

He was really loved by the citizens of Nigeria for how he handles the affairs of the country while he was the president.

President Umar Yar'adua was born on the 16th of August, 1951 in Kastina, a Fulani family. He started his education at Rafuka primary school in 1958 before he moved to Dutsinma Boarding Primary School in 1962. He then attended Government college in 1965 until 1969, the late Umar Yar'adua receive his higher school certificate in 1971 from Barewa High School.

In 1975, he attained his Bachelor's degree certificate at Ahmadu Bello University where he studied Education and Chemistry. The loving Yar'adua then attain his Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry.

Before politics, Yar'adua work as a lecturer in Zaria, College of Art, Science and Technology from 1976 to 1979. He later left the teaching job and went into the public sector. He worked as General Manager in a company called Sambo Farms, Ltd in Funtua.

He directed so many companies before he finally makes advent into politics.

In 1999, He became the Governor of Kastina state and till date, he is one of the best Governor the Kaduna has ever had. He declares all his assets publicly, built schools and make true of his promises as he builds efficient public administration which hampers corruption.

In 2007, Umar Musa Yar'adua contested for the presidency and won against the present President of Nigeria, Buhari and Atiku Abubakar. His term as the president was one of the best in Nigeria as he did some reputable things for the country.

The late President declared his asset public on 28 June 2007 becoming the first president to ever do so as he tried to set examples for other presidents to also follow suit.

Late President Umar Yar'adua who has been having issues with his health died on May 5, 2010. He was buried with honours and Nigerians really came out in mass to weep for the death of the president.

Vice President to Yar'adua, Goodluck Jonathan said 'Nigeria has lost its jewel on the crown.

He was buried in hometown in Kaduna according to the Islamic ways.
